Using a very industry specific glue we press our panels for 1 hour under 18 Tons. These 4x8 panels are light weight (about 100 pounds) and fit together really nice. We do sell raw panels and pre-cut to fit your design.

We typically form 3.5" eps foam with LP SmartSiding on the inside and the outside of the panel. In this way, once the panels are up they are ready for paint! No sheetrock & no extra material or labor. VERY fast to build with! Roof panels are OSB out & LP inside.

SIP Panels have been around since the 1950's so this is hardly a new way to build. According to SIPA, a SIP home is 3-4 times stronger than traditional and MUCH better insulated. A Yeti cooler uses 2.5" of foam but our walls & roof panels are 3.5" thick.

The home above is 14' wide by 36' long and is our most popular tiny home size but SIP building is not restrained, you can build about anything you desire. It can be placed on a foundation or standard pier & beam.

This is a SIP home that is 24' wide by 32' long. It is set on a slab foundation. Metal roofing is super easy since the exposed roof panel is osb, the metal attaches directly to it. All the eaves & overhangs receive metal trim.

A typical interior uses exposed ridge beams & rafters that can be stained, painted or torched as shown above. This building system is fast and easy especially when compared to a stick framed home.

General Information
If you are looking to build a THOW (Tiny home on Wheels), we have plans for 8.5x20-28'. Prices are for pickup from our shop in Forestburg TX. We can deliver your panels for $200 plus $4.00 per loaded mile.
Generally our 4x8 LP38/LP38 wall panel raw un-trimmed panel is $250
Our roof panel is OSB/LP Soffit and typically costs $240, not trimmed.
If you are looking for a complete flat pack house kit where all the panels are pre-cut and labeled, the price will depend on several factors and we will need to quote that to you on a case by case basis.
CAN You build my house? Maybe, that depends on our order load. Generally we supply the panels raw or pre-cut for you to assemble at your site.

Our 8x20 house generally weighs 8,000 pounds making it much more towable than traditional tiny homes. The 24' comes in under 9,000 pounds. That is another advantage to SIP panels.

Your kitchen can be granite, quartz, formica or butcher block. How you want to finish out your house is totally up to you. We simply give you a strong and well insulated shell to let your imagination go wild.

If you do not want the LP38 for your interior walls, we would form your panels with OSB. From there you can finish it with several options such as: Knotty Pine tongue and groove, corrugated galvalume metal or shiplap.
