General Information
Our build time is generally 6-8 weeks. Prices are for pickup from our shop in Forestburg TX. We can deliver for $250 plus $4.00 per loaded mile. Our 8x20 house with sleeping loft starts at $39,950 and our 8x24 one level with private bedroom starts at $44,750 without the trailer. Our houses are designed to be removed from the trailer if desired.

We generally have model homes available to see and all our homes are built from the ground up at our shop. Our houses are built just like a standard residential Pier & Beam home but with the added SIP Panel construction (Structural Insulated Panels). We manufacture our panels in house and use 3.5" thick closed cell foam which creates an incredible insulation value as well as a home that is structurally 3-4 times stronger.

Our 8x20 house generally weighs 8,000 pounds making it much more towable than traditional tiny homes. The 24' comes in under 9,000 pounds. That is another advantage to SIP panels.

Our large 14' wide homes include several popular finishes. We offer barn doors, argon filled windows, pine walls and your choice of waterproof floor color. All our homes are built with SIP's or standard materials such as 2x6 floor joists and 2x4 walls on 16" centers. Our base homes include a 19 gal electric hot water heater, washer dryer hookups and sub-floor insulation.

Our standard kitchens comes with 6' of laminate countertops, a stainless steel sink, upper and lower cabinets with a light above the sink as well as an Argon filled Low E 24" window. We also have granite, quartz & butcher block available. Our larger homes are available starting at $80,000 and within 250 miles of Forestburg TX.

We offer several wall, ceiling and flooring options such as: Knotty Pine tongue and groove, corrugated galvalume metal and PVC shiplap. We only use 100% waterproof Luxury Vinyl Planks for the flooring.
