General Information
Houses currently cost from $50,000 to $80,000 depending on the size and materials chosen. Our houses are 14' wide and vary from 24' to 36' long. Build time is generally 3 months. We do not offer financing. Prices include delivery & leveling. We do have a new design coming Spring of '23 that will be a 10x24 on wheels.
LoneStar Tiny Homes is located about 1 hour North of the DFW metroplex in Forestburg TX. We generally have model homes available to see and we build our homes at our shop. Our houses are built just like a standard pier and beam home.
We can help you reach your dream of tiny home living in a reasonable time frame and at a very fair price. Our 14' wide houses are much larger than a standard tiny house on wheels which are generally 8'x24'. LoneStar houses are 14' wide, built on skids and sit much lower to the ground but still have the option of being portable.

Our standard homes include several popular finishes. We offer barn doors, argon filled windows, pine walls and your choice of waterproof floor color. All our homes are built with standard materials such as 2x6 floor joists and 2x4 walls on 16" centers. Our base homes include a 19 gal electric hot water heater, washer dryer hookups and sub-floor insulation. An internal vaulted ceiling height of over 10' gives a spacious feeling. Kitchen Options
Our standard kitchens comes with 6-8' of laminate countertops, a double stainless steel sink, upper and lower cabinets with a light above the sink as well as an Argon filled Low E 24" window.
Ceiling, Floors & Walls
We offer several wall, ceiling and flooring options such as: Knotty Pine tongue and groove, corrugated galvalume metal and PVC shiplap. We only use 100% waterproof Luxury Vinyl Planks for the flooring.
